Conceptual Syntheses
The rich and diverse literature on organisational change, individual and organisational learning, diffusion of innovations, knowledge utilisation, and decision making (at professional, service manager and policy levels) has never been reviewed or organised with a view to informing evidence-based policy and practice (EBP&P). A key first step therefore is the development of some useful conceptual syntheses to help organise, catalogue and systematise this literature.
